We Love You Beryl
In November of 2007 Beryl was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. It was a devastating blow to our family. We prayed and prayed that the treatments available to us would heal Beryl and she could return to living a normal life. Now, it is 5 surgeries, 3 chemotherapies, and 2 radiation treatments later.
Beryl's cancer is now stage IV metastatic breast cancer. The cancer has spread to her abdomen, lungs, bones, liver, and other parts of her body. Her days have been spent lying in bed too weak to get up or stay awake for very long. Her heart rate is accellerated, her fever is high, and her cancer has been stealing her life away.
We believe her best chance of coming through this is the Rubio Cancer Center in Tijuana, Mexico. This clinic has been treating the incurable for 25 years with great success. Using alternative and mild chemo and radiation treatments and Doctor Rubio's vaccines they have given back to their patients what their illnesses were taking from them. All the patients we spoke to have been making miraculous recoveries. After being told in the U.S. that there was no hope you can imagine what Dr. Rubio's treatments have meant to them.
Because this clinic is outside of our insurance carrier (Kaiser Permanente) all medical expenses need to be paid by us. The treatments costs $6,500 a week. With a minimum stay of 4 weeks and the possibility of more time you can see this is way beyond our means. So we are turning to you. We are asking for your help. Any amount you can donate is greatly appreciated and will go toward meeting our financial need. It is not easy to ask for help and we wish that somehow we could take this on ourselves but we just cannot. So please, whatever you can give please help Beryl.
